You can choose to place your order via our website or you can contact us to discuss the process and arrange your order requirements. We request approx 100 grams of cremated ashes or 1/2 cup of hair for each diamond. If you do not have these exact amounts, we can discuss other options available.
It is very important to us to ensure that you are kept updated at all times during the process. Your unique Heart In Diamond order ID number will allow full traceability from the moment you place your order. We also provide regular status updates each time the process changers until we have delivered your special diamond.
